After we have established contact, we will send an upload link where you can post your picture file. We do have specific size and resolution requirements to ensure that you recieve the highest quality product. In the event that you cannot meet resolution criteria as a result of scanner limitations, (or even lack of a scanner ?), we can arrange to recieve your photo via USPS or FedEx shipment, and it will be returned with your finished artwork. We will always treat your treasured photos with the utmost care.
